Full-Time What We Offer Sign-on bonus up to $45,000 Competitive compensation package Shift bonuses and incentives Annual safety bonus Annual employee bonus Comprehensive benefits package About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to support our fleet of rotor-wing aircraft. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft to the highest standards while playing a critical role in a mission-driven aviation operation. Our mechanics are responsible for ensuring aircraft are maintained in a safe and airworthy condition and are ready to respond whenever needed. Responsibilities Review and evaluate daily maintenance and inspection requirements. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and related systems. Troubleshoot and repair airframe and powerplant discrepancies. Notify maintenance leadership of unusual situations requiring schedule changes, additional manpower, or technical assistance. Maintain aircraft assigned to a field base, including inventory management and parts requisitioning. Ensure the safety and security of company assets at assigned locations. Complete maintenance records, logbook entries, inspection forms, and required documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed, component removals and installations, and status updates. Maintain communication with maintenance leadership and support personnel to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance activities. Maintain parts inventory and recommend stock level adjustments when necessary. Maintain company-provided tools and ensure calibration requirements are met. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate (A&P). Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a certified aircraft mechanic. Strong communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, functional capacity evaluation, drug screening, and background check. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Sheet metal repair experience. Avionics troubleshooting and repair experience. Experience supporting rotor-wing aircraft operations. Additional Requirements Candidates must reside within one hour or sixty (60) miles of the assigned base, whichever is greater. Travel between bases may be required.
