As our Fire Pot Cook, you are the heart of our flavor process! You'll work with classic copper firepot kettles to roast ingredients to perfection and maintain top-tier food safety.

Master the

Recipe:

Precision-weigh small batches of premium nuts and ingredients using basic math and precise Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications.

Fire Up the

Flavors:

Hand-roast batches of nuts to golden perfection using traditional copper firepot kettles and expertly dump them onto cooling tables.

Guard the

Quality:

Serve as a crucial line of defense for food safetykeeping an eagle eye out for raw materials or work-in-progress (WIP) items suspicious of adulteration.

Safety First:

Operate metal detection systems for all products processed in the fire pot room.

Keep It Sparkling:

Maintain spotless sanitation standards for kettles, tables, utensils, and the general fire pot room using proper cleaning techniques and chemicals.

Troubleshoot & Team Up:

Spot and solve minor operational hiccups on the fly and jump in on other production tasks to keep the candy flowing smoothly.

QualificationHigh Attention to
