Full Time only, 5 days a week, (must work all Friday

•Sunday, and holidays), working between the hours of 7am

•5pm (9 hour shifts with a hour unpaid meal break). The Food Prep / Cook will make sushi in advance and per customer's request. No experience making sushi, no problem we will teach you! The Food Prep / Cook will also do prep work, prepare other Asian foods and maintain a clean and neat environment while helping customers in a fun, fast paced, exciting environment. To thrive in this job you must show up to work on time and as scheduled, have a flexible morning and evening availability, be willing to work hard (this isn't an easy job), be patient (it takes about 3 months to get comfortable with the job), must be willing to stick it out (not quit after a few days or weeks) and be able to work with multi-cultural and multi-lingual co-workers, some who barely speak English.

Pay:

$20.25

•Per SB1182: up to $21.25 per hour, with 5+ years of sushi making working experience. No sushi making experience, $20.25, not negotiable.

Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the U.S. Be 18 years of age or older Must Work all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Show great customer service skills Preferred experience: Working in quick service restaurants, supermarkets or fast paced environments Food handling experience and food handler certification
