What You'll Do:

standards Comply with company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivity and profitability Execute dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations Liaise with restaurant manager and service staff regarding service issues

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team Full ownership of your role Possession of valid Food Handler Card Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.
