Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast dishes or improvements to existing offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, grills, ovens, and other appliances. Support the team during busy service times by managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold health standards and guest safety. Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service—preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus. Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation protocols required in the food industry. Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is advantageous.
