We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen helper to oversee our culinary operations. - Develop and execute in accordance with dietary guidelines and customer preferences.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in techniques, proper use of equipment, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee meal preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs of residents or guests.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Coordinate catering events as needed, including menu selection, food preparation, and presentation.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in operations, including event planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of standards and regulations.
- Excellent culinary skills with expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure high productivity levels.
- Experience with skills, kitchen equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
