Prepares all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently. Prepares plates and baskets according to established proper presentation standards. Organizes, rotates, and stocks hot lines properly. Meets guests needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals. Ensures the employee dining area is properly supplied with freshly prepared food. Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations. Works in a safe manner at all times. Assists in other kitchens of the Casino as necessary. Keeps the work area clean and organized and deep cleans the area at the end of shifts. Follows the proper closing procedure with cleaning and labeling. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. High school Diploma or education equivalent required. Must have food service or Culinary Arts degree. 3 years' related culinary work.
