Position Objective We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Back of House team. We are currently hiring for both Line Cook Position Accountabilities Food Quality Support the preparation and execution of high-quality food while maintaining company standards. Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment that supports smooth daily operations. Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to ensure exceptional execution during every shift. Food Safety & Sanitation Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Reliability Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards (Line Cook). Maintain clean, organized workstations throughout each shift. Complete prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Support opening and closing responsibilities. Work efficiently during high-volume service periods. Communicate effectively with managers and teammates. Perform additional duties as assigned. Experience Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Experience as a Line Cook. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Availability Must have AM or open availability, including weekends and holidays Previous customer service experience preferred (restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or sales) Strong people skills, outward energy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Considerable knowledge of wine and spirits. Considerable experience in areas of fine dining and innovative food and beverage concepts. Genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction.
