All of our baked goods are made fresh daily on site, and use the finest and freshest local ingredients available. We are currently hiring for part time Line Cooks/Prep Cooks. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated, positive and team oriented individuals to join our staff.

DESCRIPTION

Maintains and strictly abides by sanitation/health regulations and bakery requirements. Communicates effectively with management and co-workers with regards to the operations of the bakery. Follows recipes precisely Prepares dressings, salads, sandwiches, etc. Applies basic knife skills required for preparation. Regularly restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for bakery needs. Identifies and safely uses all kitchen equipment. Properly labels and dates all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation. Utilizes proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Assists Chefs and co-workers as needed in execution of preparation and production. Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time. Occasionally lifting items of 50lb or more. Room for growth within the bakery!
