EXPERIENCED PREP COOK - NOW HIRING ABOUT MINI KABOB

PAY Guaranteed Total Earnings:
$20-$22/hour
DOE Base Pay:
$16.90/hour Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference Starting pay is based on experience and performance High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution
SCHEDULE

Thursday-Sunday:
6:30 AM - 1:30
PM Monday-Wednesday:
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items Set up stations before service Wash dishes and keep cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen Support the line and team wherever needed Follow recipes and food safety standards consistently
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restaurant prep cook experience required Experience with knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen organization Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
