Duties Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace at all times. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or ingredient combinations based on customer preferences. Manage food handling processes with attention to detail, including proper storage and portioning of ingredients. Support the team during busy hours by maintaining high-volume production standards while adhering to recipe adherence guidelines. Ensure all food production meets quality standards and complies with food safety management protocols. Experience Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant cooking, catering, or fine dining is highly desirable. Familiarity with food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation. Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, including sanitizing practices and safe food handling. Experience operating kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, and slicing tools is preferred.
