Line Cook/ Grill Cook

We are looking to hire a talented Line Cook/ Grill Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Prepare dishes, such as salads and entrees Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards Perform routine kitchen tasks. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash. Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
