Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies with precision and flair. Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, processing cash and card payments efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food prep zones to uphold health standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering duties while balancing registers at shift end. Support beverage service and drink presentation to enhance the overall customer experience with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualifications Previous barista experience or café work is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient sales processing. Experience in food service or retail sales transactions with excellent math skills for cash handling. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and basic cleaning protocols. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.
