Line Cook

We are looking to hire a PM Line Cook Wednesday-Saturday 1:30pm-10pm. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order during our dinner/pizza service. This role requires consistency, efficiency, and teamwork to ensure a high standard of food is delivered every time. While primarily focused on working a line station during service, Line Cooks also support prep work and must have a strong understanding of the dishes on their station. Duties Include Learn and execute all food prep for menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including plating standards. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate clearly with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Assist with general line cooking duties and kitchen prep as needed. Minimize food waste by following portion guidelines, using ingredients efficiently, and properly labeling and storing food. Participate in our composting program by sorting organic waste into designated bins according to café procedures. Requirements 1+ years of experience as a line cook. Strong knife skills and overall kitchen competency. Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
