As an integral part of our kitchen crew, you will execute a variety of cooking techniques, uphold the highest standards of food safety, and contribute to menu excellence. Your culinary expertise will help create memorable meals that delight our guests and elevate our reputation for fine dining. Duties Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with skill and consistency, including griddle searing, braising, poaching, and food production. Follow detailed recipes and adhere strictly to food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, knives, and other culinary tools efficiently and safely. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for various service periods, maintaining quality standards throughout high-volume production. Maintain organization of workstations, stock ingredients appropriately, and manage food handling procedures to minimize waste. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery while upholding excellent food presentation standards. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with meal modifications when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food industry role, preferably with fine dining or catering background. Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and knife handling. Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure. Experience with recipe adherence, menu execution, and high-volume food production. Familiarity with dietary aide experience or dietary department operations is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Pay:
