The menu focuses on Baja-inspired dishes and delicious bites to share, plus a full array of craft cocktails with original recipes from our accomplished team of mixologists . We are looking for a full time Cook. This person will be a level 1, 2, 3 or 4. This Cook will be able to take direction from their Supervisors to produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. The hourly range for this position is $21.00/hour

• $24.00/hour. Decisions regarding individual pay will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Hyatt has a very competitive benefit package for colleagues, which may include:

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of previous line experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work in any outlet as necessary to assist as business requires.
• Knowledge of temperature and sanitation guidelines.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
