Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient prep to ensure timely meal delivery Follow food handling procedures meticulously to ensure safety and quality control Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain workflow Support the team in maintaining safety standards during all stages of food production and service Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably as a line cook or dietary aide Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including slicing, chopping, and cooking methods Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience with food safety management practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to meal presentation guidelines Knowledge of dietary department requirements or catering experience is a plus Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment Join us in creating delicious experiences while honing your culinary expertise!
