Experience making sushi is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Assist with sushi preparation (experience preferred) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work and ingredient preparation Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen experience preferred Sushi making experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Must be able to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies Must be able to speak Spanish.
