Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing documentation, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring their needs are prioritized from initial contact through closing. Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance and ensure compliance. Experience Proven experience practicing real estate with a focus on residential transactions. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, client management, and customer service that drive successful sales outcomes. Knowledge of real estate law, offer negotiations, and transaction processes. Experience utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance property visibility. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
