Line Cook / Prep Cook — Poke Chef are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and can maintain consistent availability throughout the year. Kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients, including vegetables, rice, sauces, and fish. Assemble orders according to Poke Chef standards. Keep ingredients properly stored, labeled, and stocked. Help open and close the kitchen, including cleaning, sanitizing, and dishwashing. Follow food safety procedures and work with the team during busy periods. Qualifications Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Good communication and teamwork skills. Food safety knowledge is helpful.

Schedule :

Shifts are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM.

Tips :

Tips are available in addition to hourly pay.
