This position requires someone who is familiar with working in a pizzeria and can perform the core tasks with limited training. Responsibilities You will work alongside another employee and assist with the following: Dough preparation: Using the mixer, cutting and weighing dough, and placing dough into proofing containers. This is typically a 15-20 minute task performed every 2-3 days.

Topping preparation:

Preparing pizza toppings using our specialized food-preparation equipment as well as traditional vegetable choppers.

Pizza preparation:

Rolling/stretching dough into pizza pans and adding toppings. Previous experience with this is required. We can provide some training on our specific process, but you must already be familiar with making pizzas.

Customer service:

Assisting customers, operating the cashier, taking orders, and maintaining a professional attitude.

Cleaning:

Cleaning the restaurant and maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.

Dishwashing:

Washing and putting away dishes and ensuring the kitchen is clean before leaving the facility. Prior pizza experience is required.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
