Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of pizza styles following established recipes and menu standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or variations based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Monitor high-volume production to ensure timely service during busy hours Handle food handling tasks including dough preparation, topping distribution, and portion control Support food production for catering events or special functions as needed Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures within a commercial kitchen environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume production processes Background in culinary arts, fine dining, or the food industry is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a fast-paced setting where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities!
