Participate in food safety management practices to uphold hygiene standards across all kitchen operations. Skills Experience with a focus on fine dining, catering, or restaurant environments. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and high-volume production processes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
