Position Overview:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our crew as Cook & Cashier. This is a cross-functional role where you'll be responsible for preparing food, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking Duties:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Drippin Chicken standards Operate kitchen equipment including fryers and prep stations Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Cashier Duties:

Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system Handle cash, card, and digital payments Answer menu questions and make recommendations Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas

General Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Assist with restocking, prep work, and closing duties Uphold brand standards and contribute to a strong team culture

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
