The ideal candidate will assist with meal preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and providing a positive dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to planned menus and dietary needs Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal plating Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining room, dishes, and equipment Follow food safety and infection control procedures Assist with stocking, organizing, and rotating kitchen inventory Ensure residents receive meals in a timely and respectful manner Work cooperatively with dietary staff, caregivers, and management Follow all Title 22 and facility dietary regulations and policies Report any resident concerns or changes observed during meal service

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or dietary aide experience preferred Experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare setting is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality required Food Handler Certification preferred or willing to obtain

Schedule:

Part-Time Weekend and holiday availability may be required
