Prep Cook Pay:

$17/hour + tips We're looking for a reliable and skilled Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting fish, chopping vegetables, preparing food trays, and making drinks . You'll also step in to help at the front of the house during busy times and be able to work independently during slower shifts.

Requirements:

Experience with fish and vegetable preparation at least 6 months. Basic drink-making skills Ability to work quickly, neatly, and safely in a fast-paced environment Capable of managing a shift alone when business is slow Willingness to assist in other areas when needed Positive, team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients including fish, vegetables, and garnishes Make drinks according to recipes and quality standards Assist f Assemble and prepare food trays for service or catering Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and work areas front-of-house team during peak hours Perform basic cleaning around the restaurant and kitchen when not busy Stand alone on the shift when it is slow, keeping operations running smoothly Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesIf you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
