Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Prep Cook to join our evening kitchen team. This position supports the cooks with food preparation, keeps the kitchen clean and organized, and helps ensure orders are prepared efficiently.

Schedule Evening shift:

5:00 PM-12:00 AM Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled Responsibilities Prepare vegetables, meats, noodles, sauces, and other ingredients Assist cooks with preparing and assembling Vietnamese dishes Portion and store ingredients properly Maintain a clean and organized work area Wash cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures Restock kitchen stations throughout the shift Receive and properly store food deliveries Assist with closing and kitchen cleanup Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Qualifications Restaurant kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred but not required Experience with Vietnamese food is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must have, or be willing to obtain, a California Food Handler Card To Apply Please apply through Indeed and include your work experience, availability, and phone number.
