Manage station setup, breakdown, and restocking throughout the shift, including opening and closing the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels at your station to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with the kitchen crew to maintain fast ticket times. Adhere strictly to all health department and food safety codes. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen (Line, Prep, or Dish) is highly valued but we are willing to train the right attitude. Ability to maintain composure and move with a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
