Prior experience is a must! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate a variety of kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers, as well as food production stations efficiently and safely. Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with meal customization when necessary. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking. Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Experience with recipe adherence, and high-volume food production. Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
