We pride ourselves on our culinary standards, teamwork, and a positive, growth-oriented kitchen culture. We are seeking skilled, dependable Line Cooks to join our team. Job Summary Line Cooks are responsible for preparing menu items to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining station organization, and ensuring consistent quality during service. This role requires strong culinary fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and plating guidelines Ensure all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and organized before service Maintain proper cooking techniques, temperature control, and food safety practices Execute dishes consistently during high-volume service Station Management & Organization Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station throughout service Keep station clean, organized, and sanitized according to health and safety regulations Communicate any shortages or equipment issues to kitchen leadership Assist with daily prep lists, inventory rotation, and proper food storage Teamwork & Communication Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, expeditors, and leadership Communicate timing, needs, and issues clearly during service Support teammates during peak hours and assist with other stations as needed Maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment Closing & Cleaning Responsibilities Break down station and store food properly at end of shift Assist with deep cleaning tasks, equipment maintenance, and kitchen organization Follow all closing procedures to ensure a clean, safe, efficient workspace
Pay:
$15.16 - $25.00 per hour
