In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in an outdoor setting, ensuring all food safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service. This position offers a lively environment that values creativity, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to meal preparation. Whether you're crafting hearty campfire dishes or fine dining outdoor fare, your skills will shine as you bring flavor and joy to our guests in a scenic setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Burgers in an outdoor popup garden bar. Assist with menu planning to incorporate seasonal ingredients and outdoor cooking techniques Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor cooking stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations Operate outdoor cooking equipment including grills, open flames, portable stoves, and other specialized tools with precision and care Serve food directly to guests or assist with catering events in outdoor settings while providing friendly and attentive service Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are upheld during meal preparation and service Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in outdoor or fine dining environments Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife handling, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices in outdoor settings Experience with menu planning and catering is a plus; ability to adapt recipes for outdoor cooking methods Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in an active environment Passion for culinary arts combined with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences This paid position invites energetic individuals eager to showcase their culinary talents outdoors.
