Anchan Thai is Chef Annie s place recipes from her grandmother s village kitchen, refined in Chiang Mai, cooked in Longmont. Guests come for Khao Soi, Panang, spring rolls, and a room that feels like family. We need a server who can carry that same warmth on the floor.
