GRILL MAN

•BRIDGEPORT, CT We are looking for an experienced Grill Man to join our team at a high-volume cafeteria in Bridgeport, CT . This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen , so experience working a grill and handling busy rushes is required. Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Looking to hire ASAP! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean, hygienic work environment at all times Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations while minimizing waste Requirements Previous grilling experience Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$20.00•$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0•40.0 per week
