Prepare & Serve Meals :
Cook and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to approved menus or as directed by the Kitchen Supervisor or Program Director.
Maintain Cleanliness :
Ensure the kitchen, dining area, and food storage spaces are clean, sanitary, and organized.
Ensure Food Quality :
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation across all meals.
Equipment Care :
Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working order.
Support Operations :
Assist with daily kitchen upkeep and perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For...
Education :
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certification :
Must be a Serve Safe Qualified Food Manager or Certified Food Handler .
Experience :
Specialized cooking training and/or at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment (residential, healthcare, or institutional setting preferred). Why MCCA?
