Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality of food meets the highest standards of freshness and taste
- Collaborate with the team and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Monitor food stock levels
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures Experience
- Proven experience working in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting
- Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with menu planning and execution
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
