•2.2 Fort Myers Beach, FL Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications English Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Responsible for preparing a variety of foods (meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items), using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and an variety of other kitchen equipment according to company standardized recipes. Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations of FL state, maintaining current state food handlers certificate. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk to hear and taste or smell. Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the hotel/resort property 100% of assigned shift. Adequate manual dexterity to operate office equipment and engage in lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to work in hot, damp environment Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Flexible schedule is required including days, evenings (NO late nights required), holidays and weekends as needed. Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and possible drug screening where required.
