Chef Norman Van Aken is launching a collection of chef-designed meals on the CookUnity platform, and we're building a team of dependable cooks to help bring those meals to life. CookUnity is a prepared meal delivery service featuring fresh, high-quality meals created by award-winning chefs and delivered directly to customers. This is production cooking with purpose: creating restaurant-quality food in a structured, professional environment without many of the challenges that come with traditional restaurant service. We're looking for cooks who are: Reliable and consistently on time Clean, organized, and food-safety focused Efficient and productive under changing volumes Able to follow recipes and directions precisely Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Adaptable and willing to help wherever needed This position may be a great fit if you: Enjoy cooking more than restaurant drama Take pride in consistency and execution Like working from systems and recipes Prefer a professional, team-oriented environment Want steady work producing food at a high level What matters most to us: We're less concerned with fancy résumés than we are with dependability, attitude, and execution. The strongest candidates are people who show up, stay focused, work clean, and do things right every time. Experience in restaurants, catering, commissaries, hotels, bakeries, meal production, or other professional kitchens is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.
