Our kitchen is fast-paced, high-volume, and focused on quality, consistency, and execution. We're looking for a dependable, experienced PM Grill Cook who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-energy kitchen environment. What You'll Do Execute grill items to GG's recipes, specifications, and presentation standards. Properly cook steaks, seafood, poultry, and other grilled menu items to temperature and timing standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked grill station throughout service. Work efficiently and communicate clearly with the culinary team during busy dinner service. Assist with prep, stocking, and closing responsibilities. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures. Maintain consistency and quality on every plate. Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of grill or line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant. Strong understanding of grill cooking, temperatures, and timing. Seafood and scratch-cooking experience preferred. Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient under pressure. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
