This role involves preparing innovative and eclectic Caribbean and American cuisine, using the freshest local seafood and produce. You'll be working in a dynamic environment that combines the laid-back lifestyle of the Florida Keys with the beauty of Islamorada. Job Responsibilities Maintain a clean kitchen area in accordance with Board of Health standards. Follow precise directions for food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Strive for perfection in food preparation, focusing on uniformity in presentation and efficient waste management. Present a clean and professional appearance at all times. Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor, even under pressure. Communicate effectively in English and work well under pressure. Education 1-2 years of experience in a culinary role.
