Harbor Hills Country Club in Lady Lake is seeking a skilled and dependable Daytime Cook to join our culinary team. This position is perfect for a motivated cook who enjoys creativity, independence and working in a professional club environment. Position Highlights Daytime schedule - off by 4:00 PM daily Weekend breakfast service Opportunity to create and feature daily specials Responsible for developing and preparing daily soups Work in a well-equipped kitchen serving our members and guests Responsibilities Prepare high-quality lunch items and weekend breakfast Create and execute daily specials and house-made soups Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Ensure consistent food quality and presentation Manage prep and service independently during daytime shifts Qualifications Previous line cook or chef experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage a station alone Creative approach to menu items and daily features Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization Reliable and professional Join a team that values quality food, creativity and great service in a welcoming country club environment.
