986 Alverez Avenue Lady Lake, FL This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
The Opportunity:
What We're Looking For:
Possess a sense of urgency Team player mentality Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced environment Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
Position Responsibilities:
Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods Making & managing fresh dough - made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders Clean as you go
