Customers are invited to discover a culinary journey at Yaakuza Japanese Thai Fusion & Sake Bar, where our menu features the best of Japanese and Thai cuisine in Merritt Island. From fresh sushi and sashimi, savory ramen, and hibachi dishes to authentic Thai favorites like Pad Thai, green curry, and Tom Yum soup, every dish is crafted with premium ingredients and bold flavors. We are looking for experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to continue upholding our successful reputation. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties: Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies; Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure; Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
