Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. DPP is seeking an Internal Technical Training Specialist II for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.

W2 Contract Work authorization:US Citizen Responsibilities:
- Design, schedule, deliver and track technical training.
- Establish training and education modules and ensure consistency in the delivery of technical training and onboarding.
- Provide train-the-trainer program and qualify all area trainers for content delivery.
- Partner with the functional area, develop training materials, and knowledge assessments, for area standard operation procedures (SOP's) and coordinate knowledge assessment.
- Utilize training authoring and multimedia tools and software for assigned development projects.
- Keep abreast of training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
