NOW HIRING - LINE COOK / PREP COOK

Rome's Flavours - Mount Dora, FL Rome's Flavours is preparing to open our new Mount Dora location, and we're looking for dependable, motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. We are an authentic Italian restaurant focused on fresh ingredients, scratch cooking, consistency, and quality. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, move with a sense of urgency, and want to be part of a professional kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients and completing daily prep
• Working assigned stations during service
• Following recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked station
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Assisting with receiving, storage, and kitchen organization
• Working closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service What we're looking for:
• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required We offer:

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.85 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
