Support menu planning and catering efforts as needed, contributing to a positive dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment Strong food handling and service skills Familiarity with culinary techniques and knife skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience in catering and serving is a plus Knowledge of dietary department practices and menu planning is advantageous
