Job Description
Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Each new member of the team will be given the ability to train and learn each station in the kitchen. This will not be a requirement so you will not be pushed beyond your comfort zone but the opportunity is there. We are looking for people who communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork, take pride and responsibility in executing each dish and can replicate the same process multiple times in a fast paced kitchen. As well as maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized work station.
