Overview Keik Bakeshop is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cook to join our culinary team in Pembroke Pines! The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoys leading a team to deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily cooking operations. Prepare and cook menu items following Keik Bakeshop standards and recipes. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and catering items. Train and support new kitchen staff on techniques and procedures. Monitor and manage food inventory. Ensure efficient meal service during busy periods. Maintain and report on kitchen equipment condition. & more. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate clearly with the team and management.
