Schedule:

Approximately 35-40 hours per week for full-time We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join our Mexican food truck team in Riverview. Our menu is simple and focused mainly on burritos and tacos, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable preparing food in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn our recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook burritos, tacos, and other menu items Prep ingredients and maintain an organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Take orders and provide friendly customer service when needed Keep the food truck clean and stocked Work efficiently during busy hours Follow recipes and portion standards

Requirements:

Previous cooking experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and good work ethic Must be comfortable working in a food truck environment Ability to work mornings and/or full-time hours is a plus
