Cypress Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care Residence is a family-owned and operated community in Sun City Center. We are looking to hire (1) part-time Cook and (1) full-time Cook for our community. Must be able to work any hours between the hours of 6am-6pm, and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed on rotation. This culinary position is great for those wanting to have a great balance between home and work life.

The job consists of:

Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs. Cooking and prepping meals and desserts. Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality and are prepared to serve in a timely manner. Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner. Monitor and record inventory as needed. Provide support to kitchen co-workers on various tasks as needed. Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations. Manage the kitchen team in the executive chef's absence.

Qualifications/Education:

High School diploma preferred.

Experience:

Six months of food/beverage/hospitality experience.
