Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including knife skills and equipment upkeep. Support the team during busy hours by serving guests promptly and courteously. Participate in menu planning discussions to contribute ideas for new pizza offerings or specials. Experience Previous experience working in a food industry setting, particularly in restaurant or kitchen environments. Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with special dietary needs. Proven culinary experience with a focus on pizza preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and food service operations. Experience with fine dining or catering environments is advantageous but not required.
